These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Banglaplus (banglaplus.ws) website and related services. By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.
Banglaplus (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service operated for Bangladeshi users. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and banglaplus.
By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using banglaplus.
These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
To open an account with Banglaplus, the following conditions must be met:
Must be at least 18 years of age
A valid mobile number is required
Accurate personal information must be provided
Each person may hold only one account
Account must be registered in your own name
A valid National ID must be available for verification
Providing false or misleading information at registration gives Banglaplus the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds at any time.
⚠️ Note: Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.
Banglaplus currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without verification.
Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Banglaplus offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. To take advantage of these bonuses, the following general conditions must be met:
- All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements.
- Welcome bonuses are generally subject to 10x to 30x wagering requirements, as specified on the individual bonus offer page.
- All wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing from bonus funds.
- A bonus offer may not be used more than once, unless the terms of the offer state otherwise.
- Winnings from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable conditions have been met.
⚠️ Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — through multiple accounts or any other scheme — will result in Banglaplus closing all associated accounts and voiding all bonuses.
Banglaplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. However, bonuses already issued and in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time they were granted.
The following general rules apply to all bets placed on banglaplus:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the "Cash Out" feature is available.
- For bet settlement, results verified by Banglaplus's own data verification team are considered final.
- Banglaplus reserves the right to void any bet recorded at incorrect odds due to a system error.
- If a match is abandoned or suspended before the scheduled time, results will be determined in accordance with banglaplus Sports rules.
- Maximum bet limits are set individually for each market and are displayed on the bet slip.
- Placing a bet on an event when you have confirmed or insider knowledge of its outcome is strictly prohibited.
Accumulator Bet: For accumulator bets, if any single selection is voided, the bet will be recalculated using the remaining selections.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Banglaplus:
- Money Laundering: Depositing or handling funds on the platform that originate from illegal sources.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual.
- Account Sharing: Sharing your account with others or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
- Bonus Abuse: Placing artificial bets or attempting to exploit the system to obtain bonuses.
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated means to access the platform.
- Internal Information: Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
- False Identity: Operating an account using another person's identity.
⚠️ Consequences: Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of associated funds, without prior notice.
Banglaplus may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- When the user requests account closure.
- If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
- If KYC (identity verification) has not been completed.
- For accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
- For legal or regulatory reasons.
Upon account suspension or closure, any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user's registered payment method, provided it is not subject to forfeiture due to a rules violation.
Banglaplus treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. Full details on how we collect, store, and use your data are available in our separate Privacy Policy.
In short, Banglaplus never sells your personal data to third parties. Information is used solely for platform operations and legal compliance.
Banglaplus is a firm believer in responsible gaming. We want our users to enjoy betting as a source of entertainment — not a source of financial stress.
To this end, banglaplus provides the following features:
- Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit over a defined time period.
- Session Timer: Automatic alerts once a set time limit has elapsed.
- Cooling-Off Period: Option to take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term or permanent account closure.
If you have a dispute with Banglaplus, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
Dispute Resolution Steps:
- Step 1: Submit a complaint to our support team via live chat or email.
- Step 2: The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
- Step 3: A final decision on complex disputes will be communicated within 7 business days.
- Step 4: If unresolved, the matter will be referred to a third-party dispute resolution service.
All dispute claims must be filed within 30 days of the relevant incident occurring on the account. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Banglaplus reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of any changes, we will:

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, please stop using the platform and notify our support team.
